I was hoping someone could clarify the official flag etiquette for displaying the City of St Louis Flag together with the Missouri state flag. I want to make sure I follow the correct protocol when flying them outside a public building.

From what I understand, the order of precedence matters, but I’m not sure if the city flag should be placed to the left or right of the state flag, or if there are height rules similar to the U.S. flag code. Also, are there any local guidelines specific to St Louis city government buildings or public institutions?
